An email alias is an email address with no corresponding user account, an alternative name of the original webmail also called a forwarding email address. You can create 10 aliases with SOFTHOSTS Personalized Email or as many as you like with SOFTHOSTS Business Email, depending on your business needs: when assigning to your sales team, production, human resources department, or for special events, a new product line etc. Aliases prove their functionality when you want to create useful replacements for difficult-to-remember or too long e-mail addresses or when you don't want to make public your or someone's personal email account on your website. However, all the replies to those aliases will be delivered to your original account so that you can manage all your e-communication from one single place.
